I Can Do Your Portrait!
Drawing generations together
This half term, adults and children joined forces for two special workshops at Penge Library and West Wickham Library in collaboration with Better Libraries in Bromley and The Big Draw.
Over 40 people came together to strengthen bonds of relationship and identity, while having fun making inspirational and individual works of art.
Young people from toddlers to teens and adults used charcoal, pastels and pencil to draw each other’s portraits from various points of view and in a multitude of styles, observing and capturing each other in their own unique ways.

The workshop was led by Figuration tutor Paul M Jones with materials kindly provided by Great Art.
