Drawing Radclyffe
£12.00
This month, Figuration celebrates Pride in London with a nude life drawing event inspired by a landmark in Queer literature.
90 years ago, Radclyffe Hall published The Well of Loneliness, a story of the life of ‘invert’ Stephen Gordon. The ensuing obscenity trial was a landmark for increasing the visibility of Queer women in British culture.
We take our cue from Hall, but if you don't know her work, have no fear! This is a contemporary celebration of identity led by Queer life model/ performer/ muse Lager Darling. All abilities welcome. Materials provided. 18+
